Целью данной работы является всесторонний анализ рынка фундука с целью планирования экономически эффективной международной сделки по его импорту из Турции в Россию. Определены методологические подходы к анализу конъюнктуры рынка фундука. Проведен анализ международного и российского рынка исследуемой ореховой культуры. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на спрос и предложение на данном рынке, а также на производство фундука. Проведена товароведческая экспертиза фундука, реализуемого на рынках Турции и России. Определены оптимальные условия осуществления международной сделки по импорту исследуемого товара из Турции в Россию. Рассчитана экономическая эффективность планируемой сделки при соблюдении указанных условий.

The purpose of this work is a comprehensive analysis of the hazelnut market in order to plan a cost-effective international transaction for its import from Turkey to Russia. Methodological approaches to the analysis of the hazelnut market conditions are determined. The analysis of the international and Russian market investigated nut culture. The factors influencing the demand and supply in this market, as well as the production of hazelnuts. Conducted merchandising expertise hazelnuts sold in the markets of Turkey and Russia. The optimal conditions for the implementation of the international transaction on the import of the investigated product from Turkey to Russia have been determined. The economic efficiency of the proposed transaction is calculated subject to the specified conditions.
