Проведена термическая поляризация многокомпонентного силикатного стекла на воздухе и в атмосфере аргона при различных напряжениях. Исследовано влияние условий проведения поляризации на топологию поверхности поляризованных образцов вблизи края анодного электрода. Измерены динамические температурные зависимости токов деполяризации в поляризованных образцах при их линейном нагреве. Предложены механизмы формирования поверхностного рельефа при различных условиях поляризации.
Thermal polarization of multicomponent silicate glass was performed in air and in an argon atmosphere at various voltages. The influence of the conditions of polarization on the shape of the surface topography of polarized samples near the edge of the anode electrode was investigated. The dynamic temperature dependences of the polarization currents in polarized samples in the linear heating were measured. The mechanisms for the formation of surface relief under different polarization conditions are proposed.
