В данной работе изложена сущность подхода к разработке детского протеза предплечья. Определена концепция построения и эксплуатации про-теза, изучены статистические данные, сформулированы функциональные, эргономические и эстетические требования к разработанному объекту. Приведена схема принципа работы механизма работы установки, построена соматографическая схема. Представлены материалы поиска внешнего вида протеза в эскизах и поисковых 3D моделях. Построены 3D модели основных модулей: корпуса, рабочего механизма. Предложены варианты цветографического исполнения протеза. Представлена модель изделия в условной эксплуатационной среде. Разработана анимация 3D модели. В технической части проекта представлена схема протеза. Показана схема принципа работы и крепления основных модулей. А также описаны требования к эксплуатации и условия использования протеза.

This paper outlines the essence of the approach to the development of a child prosthetic forearm. The concept of construction and operation of the prosthesis was defined, statistical data were studied, functional, ergonomic and aesthetic requirements for the developed object were formulated. The scheme of the principle of operation of the installation, the somatographic scheme. Presented materials search for the appearance of the prosthesis in sketches and search 3D models. Constructed 3D models of the main modules: housing, working mechanism. Variants of color projection of the prosthesis are proposed. A model of the product is presented in a conditional operating environment. Developed animation 3D model. In the technical part of the project is a diagram of the prosthesis. The scheme of the principle of operation and mounting of the main modules is shown. And also describes the requirements for operation and conditions of use of the prosthesis.
