The objective of the master`s thesis consists in development of advanced approach to assessment of real estate objects of hotel business. The tasks directed to achievement of the objective: Studying of the existing approaches to real estate assessment; Detection of weaknesses of traditional approaches to real estate assessment; Development of innovative approach to real estate assessment taking into account internal characteristics of the enterprise and relevant requirements of the legislation; Calculation of cost efficiency. The Object of a research is the «KonTourBalt» hotel complex. The subject of a research are methods of assessment of the real es-tate of hotel complexes. Research methods: descriptive method (system of procedures of collecting, primary analysis and statement of data and their characteristics); methods of mathematical forecasting; method of ranging of data. The scientific novelty consists in: development of an advanced approach to assessment of real es-tate objects of hotel complexes; identification of specifics of application of methods of assess-ment of the real estate of hotel complexes. The practical importance of the master`s thesis consists in devel-opment of an advanced approach to assessment of objects of the real es-tate of hotel complex allowing to create a complex of the actions demand-ing the minimum economic expenses which realization will result in compli-ance of necessary category of hotel.
