Целью данной работы являлось обоснование использование ИТ-аутсорсинга в строительной компании в сравнении с полноценным внедрением системы. На основе SWOT-анализа и метода оценки зрелости управления проектами Керцнера выявлены слабые места компании. В работе была рассмотрена история развития аутсорсинга, а также примеры использования аутсорсинга в крупнейших мировых компаниях, также проведена оценка отрасли аутсорсинга и строительной отрасли в России. Было выбрано слабое звено компании, построены бизнес-процессы, а также описано информационное решение, которое используется. Предложены информационные системы, и подробно расписан выбор подходящей. Составлено описание этапов внедрения системы, рассчитана их стоимость, количество необходимого персонала, задействованного во внедрении, рассчитаны простой срок окупаемости и простая норма прибыли. Отражен слой приложений до использования выбранной информационной системы и после. По итогам приведенных результатов был выбран наиболее подходящий вариант для компании.

The purpose of this work was to justify the use of IT outsourcing in a construction company in comparison with the full implementation of the system. On the basis of the SWOT-analysis and the method for assessing the maturity of project management, Kerzner identified the weak points of the company. The paper reviewed the history of the development of outsourcing, as well as examples of the use of outsourcing in the world's largest companies, as well as an assessment of the outsourcing industry and the construction industry in Russia. The weak link of the company was chosen, business processes were built, and the information solution that is used was also described. Information systems are proposed, and the selection of the appropriate one is described in detail. A description of the stages of system implementation was compiled, their cost was calculated, the number of necessary personnel involved in the implementation was calculated, a simple payback period and a simple profit rate were also calculated. Reflects the application layer before and after using the selected information system. According to the results of the above results, the most suitable option for the company was chosen.
