Объектом исследования в выпускной квалификационной работе является Республика Южная Осетия. Предметом исследования являются данные об исполнение доходной и расходной части государственного бюджета Республики Южная Осетия. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – исследование особенностей формирования государственного бюджета Республики Южная Осетия. Задачами выпускной квалификационной работы являются: рассмотрение теоретических и методологических основ процесса формирования и функционирования бюджета Республики Южная Осетия; анализ структуры и динамики доходной части бюджета Республики Южная Осетия; анализ структуры и динамики расходной части бюджета Республики Южная Осетия; анализ степени исполнения бюджета Республики Южная Осетия; оценка эффективность расходов бюджета и внесение корректив в механизм расходования бюджетных средств. Методологической основой выпускной квалификационной работы служит системный, комплексный подход к анализу государственного бюджета Республики Южная Осетия. Эмпирическую базу исследования составили данные об исполнение доходной и расходной части государственного бюджета Республики Южная Осетия. Структура исследования обуславливается целью и задачами и состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. В результате проведенного исследования были проанализированы доходы и расходы Республики Южная Осетия, рассчитаны коэффициенты финансового состояния бюджета и предложены корректировки бюджета.

The object of research in the graduation qualification thesis is the Republic of South Ossetia. The subject of the study is the execution of the income and spend-ing side of the state budget of the Republic of South Ossetia. The purpose of the graduation qualification thesis to study of the formation of the state budget of the Republic of South Ossetia. The tasks of the graduation qualification thesis are: to review the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of formation and functioning of the budget of the Republic of South Ossetia; analyze the structure and dynamics of the revenue part of the budget of the Republic of South Ossetia; analyze the structure and dynamics of the expenditure side of the budget of the Republic of South Ossetia; analyze the degree of implementation of the budget of the Republic of South Ossetia; evaluate the effectiveness of budget expenditures and make adjustments to the budget spending mechanism. The methodological basis of the graduation qualification thesis is a systematic, integrated approach to the analysis of the state budget of the Republic of South Ossetia. The empirical base of the study was made up of the execution of the income and spending side of the state budget of the Republic of South Ossetia. The structure of the study is determined by the purpose and objectives and consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, a list of literature and applications. The result of the study the income and expenses of the Republic of South Ossetia were analyzed, the coefficients of the financial state of the budget were calculated and budget adjustments were proposed.
