Объектом исследования является школа № 655. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является внедрение GLPI - системы работы с заявками и инцидентами в школе № 655. В процессе внедрения будет проводиться краткий обзор структуры школы № 655, а также обоснована необходимость внедрения системы в данную организацию. В рамках интеграции будет описан функционал системы и подробный план его внедрения. Результатом данной работы станет внедрения системы «GLPI» в ГБОУ СОШ № 655(Государственное бюджетное общеобразовательное учреждение средняя общеобразовательная школа № 655) с после-дующим обслуживанием внедренного решения.

The object of study is school number 655. The goal of the final qualification work is the implementation of GLPI - the system of work with applications and incidents at school No. 655. In the process of implementation, a brief review of the structure of school No. 655 will be carried out, and the need for introducing the system into this organization will be substantiated. As part of the integration, the functionality of the system and a detailed plan for its implementation will be described. The result of this work will be the introduction of the GLPI system in the State Budgetary Educational Establishment of Secondary School No. 655 (State Budgetary Educational Institution Secondary School No. 655) with the subsequent maintenance of the implemented solution.
