Анализ состояния и развития рынка ценных бумаг имеет большое значение для стран, в которых раньше существовала плановая экономика. В работе обосновывается теоретическое значение исследования рынка акций, как основного финансового инструмента управления эффективностью производств и роста капитализации предприятий. Рассматривается роль акций как долевой ценной бумаги, выражающей интересы собственника. Представлен анализ современного состояния рынка акций в мире и в КНР, Анализ основных эмитентов акций и основных портфелей акций в КНР. Анализируются перспективы развития рынка ценных бумаг КНР через интернационализацию рынка капитала. Предмет исследования ‒ перечень количественных и качественных параметров, а также регулятивных и практических аспектов организации рынка ценных бумаг КНР, с учетом их взаимосвязи с другими сегментами рынка страны. Объект исследования ‒ комплекс взаимоотношений различных субъектов экономической деятельности в процессе участия на рынке ценных бумаг Китая. Цель работы – определить общие принципы построения рынка ценных бумаг Китая, его количественные и качественные показатели, а также выявить его роль в общей структуре финансового рынка.

Analysis of the state and development of the securities market is of great importance for countries in which a planned economy previously existed. The paper substantiates the theoretical significance of the research of the stock market as the main financial instrument for managing production efficiency and increasing the capitalization of enterprises. The role of shares as a share security expressing the interests of the owner is considered. An analysis of the current state of the stock market in the world and in the People's Republic of China is presented. Analysis of the main issuers of shares and major portfolios of shares in the PRC. Analyzed are the prospects for the development of the PRC securities market through the internationalization of the capital market. The subject of the study is a list of quantitative and qualitative parameters, as well as regulatory and practical aspects of the organization of the PRC securities market, taking into account their relationship with other segments of the country's market. The object of research is a set of relationships between various economic actors in the process of participation in the China securities market. The purpose of the work is to determine the general principles for building the China securities market, its quantitative and qualitative indicators, and also to reveal its role in the overall structure of the financial market.
