Рассматриваемый объект – компания ООО «ИНТЕРМЕДИА» Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является уменьшение времени обработки заявок за счет внедрения информационной системы. Цель данной работы определила следующие ее задачи: рассмотреть общие понятия систем учета заявок; рассмотреть различные виды систем учета заявок и выделить наиболее подходящую; рассмотреть роль указанной системы в повышении эффективности работы компании; описать процесс выбора, процесс внедрения системы; описать эффект от внедрения системы.
