Объектом исследования является ООО «Астрал СПб» Целью выпускной квалифицированной работы является усовершенствование контроля бизнес-информации компании ООО «Астрал СПб», внедрив в её инфраструктуру CRM-систему. Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты функций управления, основные понятия CRM-систем, их роли и виды. На основе анализа рынка CRM-систем и сравнения 3 лидирующих была выбрана одна CRM-система, более подходящая под требования компании. Проанализирована инфраструктуру компании и выявлены внутренние и внешние проблемы организации, а также предложены пути их решения. Произведено пошаговое внедрение CRM-системы с последующей автоматизацией бизнес-процессов и интеграцией сайта для приема заявок непосредственно в Битрикс24. Произведена оценка результатов успешности проекта с помощью сравнения и оценки ключевых показателей до и после внедрения, а также рассмотрены экономические эффекты (долгосрочные и кратковременные), которые влияют на расходы и доходы компании.

The object of the study is Astral SPb LLC The goal of the graduation work is to improve the control of business information of the company Astral SPb LLC by introducing a CRM system into its infrastructure. The theoretical aspects of management functions, the basic concepts of CRM-systems, their roles and types are considered. Based on the analysis of the market of CRM-systems and comparison of the three leading ones, one CRM-system was chosen, which is more suitable for the company's requirements. Analyzed the company's infrastructure and iden- tified internal and external problems of the organization, as well as suggested ways to solve them. A step-by-step implementation of a CRM system was performed with subsequent automation of business processes and site inte- gration for accepting applications directly to Bitrix24. Comparing and evaluating key indicators before and after imple- mentation, as well as the economic effects (long-term and short-term) that affect the company’s expenses assessed the results of the project’s success and revenues are considered.
