Объектом исследования является АО «Ариэль металл». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ проведения экспортной (импортной) сделки компании АО «Ариэль металл» для принятия решений о мерах по ее улучшению. Во время выполнения ВКР была исследована компания АО «Ариэль металл», довольно крупная компания в Российском сегменте оптовой торговли черным металлопрокатом и рудами. Были рассмотрены разновидности документов для проведения экспортной (импортной) сделки, были представлены варианты защиты обеих сторон от непредвиденных случаях, в случае утери или порчи товара одной из сторон договора. Так же представлено краткое описание компании, общие положения, бухгалтерский баланс, технико-экономические показатели и др. Номенклатура товаров и услуг компании, структура и функции ее органов управления, а также род деятельности, место АО «Ариэль металл» на рынке и ее основные конкуренты. Из этого пункта видно, что компании еще есть куда развиваться. Следует лучше следить за конкурентами и анализировать их ошибки, что бы самой не допускать их. Далее была исследована схема улучшения и ускорения документооборота в компании, представлены варианты улучшения и ускорения работы как с традиционными (бумажными) документами, так и с электронными. Так же была рассмотрена система документооборота АО «Ариэль металл» и представлена система «Дело» для улучшения и облегчения взаимодействия с документацией компании.

The object of the study is JSC "Ariel metal". The objective of this work is the analysis of the export (inetrnal) transaction company OJSC "Ariel metall" for decisions on measures for its improvement. During the implementation of the WRC was investigated by JSC "Ariel metal", a fairly large company in the Russian segment of wholesale of ferrous metal and ores. Varieties of documents for export (import) transaction were considered, options of protection of both parties from unforeseen cases, in case of loss or damage of goods of one of the parties of the contract were presented. It also provides a brief description of the company, General provisions, balance sheet, technical and economic indicators and other Nomenclature of goods and services of the company, the structure and functions of its management bodies, as well as the type of activity, the place of JSC "Ariel metal" in the market and its main competitors. From this point it is clear that the company still has much to develop. It should be better to monitor competitors and analyze their mistakes that would most avoid them. Further the scheme of improvement and acceleration of document flow in the company was investigated, options of improvement and acceleration of work both with traditional (paper) documents, and with electronic are presented. The same has been considered for the document management system of JSC "Ariel metall" and presents the system of "Business" to improve and facilitate interaction with the documentation of the company.
