Объектом исследования является изучение стратегии развития предприятий и ее экономическое обоснование, предметом - совокупность отношений, возникающих в процессе разработки и корректировки стратегии развития ООО «Авеню», ее экономического обоснования. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ стратегии развития предприятия и ее экономическое обоснование (на примере ООО «Авеню»). На основе диагностики деятельности ООО «Авеню» и оценки его экономических показателей была установлена тенденция его развития, выявлены возможные резервы экономического и оценена существующая стратегия развития. Проведенный SWOT-анализ деятельности предприятия позволил сформулировать основные направления стратегии развития ООО «Авеню». Основными рыночными возможностями рассматриваемого предприятия названы наличие потенциального платежеспособного спроса, расширение существующих рынков. Для улучшения деятельности предприятия было рекомендовано усовершенствовать систему управления кадрами предприятия, а также увеличить рынок сбыта за счет расширения ассортимента продаваемой продукции и внедрения нового вида услуг. Проведённые расчёты доказали экономическую эффективность внедрения мероприятий, разработанных в рамках новой стратегии развития предприятия.

The object of the study is to study the strategy of development of enterprises and its economic justification, the subject - the totality of relations arising in the process of development and adjustment of the development strategy of limited liability company "Avenue", its economic justification. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the strategy of development of the enterprise and its economic justification (for exam-ple, LLC "Avenue"). On the basis of diagnostics of activity of LLC "Avenue" and an as-sessment of its economic indicators the tendency of its development was established, possible reserves of economic are revealed and the existing strategy of development is estimated. The SWOT-analysis of the company's activity allowed us to formulate the main directions of the Develop-ment strategy of LLC Avenue. The main market opportunities of the enterprise under consideration are the presence of potential solvent demand, the expansion of existing markets. To improve the activity of the enterprise, it was recommended to improve the personnel management system of the enterprise, as well as to increase the sales market by expanding the range of products and introducing a new type of services. The calculations proved the economic efficiency of the implementation of measures developed within the framework of the new strategy of the enterprise development.
