Цель исследования: создание бизнес-модели чайной сети и оценка экономической эффективности бизнес-модели. Объект исследования: сеть чайных домов (компания «High moment»). Предмет исследования: бизнес-модель «High moment teahouse network» . На основе анализа хозяйственной, финансовой, маркетинговой деятельности компании была выявлена существующая проблема и приведен путь ее решения. В качестве решения основной проблемы был предложен и разработан маркетинговый план компании. Была проведена оценка экономической эффективности планируемых маркетинговых мероприятий. Определены основные группы маркетинговых рисков, способных повлиять на воплощение маркетингового плана, и предложены мероприятия по их снижению.

Last but not the least, the relevant risk also faced by “high moment tea network” during the process of development of this business model is been analyzed.
