Объектом исследования является холдинг «Ginza Project» с входящим в него рестораном «Пряности & Радости». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка рекомендаций по совершенствования стратегии управления холдингом «Ginza Project» на примере входящего в холдинг ресторана «Пряности & Радости». В данной работе проанализирована система управления холдингом «Ginza Project», выявлены ее отдельные уровни и определены текущие ключевые проблемы в условиях импортозамещения. На основе проведенного анализа разработана практическая пошаговая методика и рекомендации по повышению эффективности управления холдингом, использован пример действующего входящего в холдинг успешного ресторана «Пряности & Радости» с целью оценки внедренной методики. Реализация предложенных мероприятий окажет положительное воздействие на деятельность холдинга «Ginza Project», эффектом от которых будет сокращение производственных издержек, появление дополнительных источников для развития бизнеса, оптимизация структуры управления холдингом.

The object of the research is the holding «Ginza Project» with the «Pryanosti & Radosti» restaurant included in it. The purpose of the graduation qualification work is to develop recommendations for improving the management strategy of the «Ginza Project» holding by the example of the «Pryanosti & Radosti» restaurant, which is part of the holding. In this paper, we analyzed the management system of the «Ginza Project» holding, identified its individual levels and identified the current key problems in the context of import substitution. Based on the analysis carried out, a practical step-by-step methodology and recommendations for improving the management efficiency of the holding were developed; an example of the current successful «Pryanosti & Radosti» restaurant included in the holding was used to evaluate the implemented methodology. The implementation of the proposed activities will have a positive impact on the activities of the «Ginza Project» holding, the effect of which will be reducing production costs, the emergence of additional sources for business development, optimization of the holding's management structure.
