Данная работа посвящена анализу направления развития концепции реинжиниринга на предприятиях нефтепродуктообеспечения и анализу бизнес-процессов сети АЗС «Газпром нефть»Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1.Изучение теоретических основ реинжинирингу бизнес-процессов сырьевой промышленности.2.Анализ текущих направлений развития концепции реинжиниринга на предприятиях нефтепродуктообеспечения.3.Анализ бизнес-процессов сети АЗС «Газпром нефть»4.Разработка мероприятий по реинжинирингу бизнес-процессов сети АЗС«Газпром нефть».В данной работы было раскрыто понятие реинжиниринг бизнес-процессов и его сущность, описан процесс проведения реинжиниринга бизнес-процессов предприятий сырьевой промышленности, рассмотрены концепции развития реинжиниринга на предприятияхнефтепродуктообеспечения. Была рассмотрена организационно-экономическая характеристика ПАО «Газпром нефть», смоделирован проект бизнес-модели сети АЗС «Газпром нефть», проведен анализ внешней и внутренней среды предприятия. Проведен анализ бизнес-процессов сети АЗС «Газпром нефть», в котором дана оценка эффективности процессов и выявлены проблемные бизнес-процессы. В заключительной части работы были предложены мероприятия по реинжинирингу выявленных проблемных бизнес-процессов: «Транспортировка топлива от нефтебазы до сети АЗС» и «Диспетчеризация вторичной логистики». Дано сравнение эффективности данных бизнес-процессов «Как есть» и «Как будет».

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Development of a strategy for the development of reengineering of business processes in the raw materials industry”.This work is devoted to the analysis of the direction of the development of the concept of reengineering at oil product supply enterprises and to the analysis of the business processes of the network of Gazprom Neft filling stationsTasks that were solved during the study:1.The study of the theoretical foundations of the reengineering of business processes of the commodity industry.2.Analysis of current trends in the development of the concept of reengineering at oil product supply enterprises.3.Analysis of business processes of the network of gas stations “Gazprom Neft”4.Development of measures for the reengineering of business processes at the Gazprom Neft gas station network.In this work, the concept of business process reengineering and its essence was disclosed, the process of business process reengineering of raw materials industry enterprises was described, the concepts of development of reengineering at petroleum product supply enterprises were considered. The organizational and economic characteristics of PJSC Gazprom Neft were considered, a draft business model of the network of Gazprom Neft filling stations was modeled, and an analysis was made of the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The analysis of business processes of the network of gas stations "Gazprom Neft", which assesses the effectiveness of processes and identifies problematic business processes. In the final part of the work, measures were proposed for reengineering the identified problematic business processes: “Transportation of fuel from the tank farm to the gas station network” and “Dispatching of secondary logistics”. A comparison of the effectiveness of these business processes «As is» and «Tobe».
