Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Выявление факторов и условий инновационного развития отрасли». Предмет исследования – факторы и условия инновационного развития отрасли. Данная работа посвящена исследованию факторов и условий инновационного развития лазерной отрасли в сравнении с Южной Кореей. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: - Изучение особенностей инновационного развития современной экономики; - Определение влияния инноваций на развитие ключевых отраслей экономики; - Классификация факторов и условий инновационного развития; - Рассмотрение основных методов и проведение интегральной оценки инновационного потенциала отраслей экономики; - Выявление факторов и условий инновационного развития машиностроительной комплекса, а также лазерной отрасли; - Построение паттерна определения уровня инновационного развития на примере лазерной промышленности и разработка рекомендаций. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Лазерный Центр», где были выявлены факторы и условия для развития инноваций в российской компании «Лазерный Центр», а также в южнокорейской компании «Hangwank». В результате этого данные факторы и условия были использованы при формировании паттерна и определены по трем уровням инновационного развития. Таким образом, другие компании лазерной отрасли могут ориентироваться на данные условия, которые определяются конкретными факторами. Они могут быть количественно или качественно оценены и зафиксирован эффект от их воздействия: стимулирующий или лимитирующий деятельность по созданию инновационных продуктов и решений.

Theme of final qualification work: “Identification of factors and conditions of innovative development of the industry”. Subject of research - factors and conditions of innovative development of the industry. This work is devoted to the study of factors and conditions for the innovative development of the laser industry in comparison with South Korea. Tasks that were solved during the study: - Studying the features of innovative development of the modern economy; - Determining the impact of innovation on the development of key sectors of the economy; - Classification of factors and conditions of innovative development; - Consideration of basic methods and an integrated assessment of the innovative potential of economic sectors; - Identification of factors and conditions for the innovative development of the engineering complex, as well as the laser industry; - Construction of a pattern for determining the level of innovative development on the example of the laser industry and development of recommendations. The work was carried out on the basis of LLC Laser Center, where factors and conditions for the development of innovations were identified in the Russian company Laser Center, as well as in the South Korean company Hangwank. As a result of this, these factors and conditions were used in the formation of the pattern and determined by three levels of innovative development. Thus, other companies in the laser industry can focus on these conditions, which are determined by specific factors. They can be quantitatively or qualitatively evaluated and the effect of their impact can be recorded: stimulating or limiting activities to create innovative products and solutions.
