Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Сервис-ориентированная интеграция медицинских информационных систем в ГИС «РЕГИЗ». В данной работе описываются виды медицинских информационных систем, рассматриваются её подсистемы, модули, также разработка МИС, с возможностью выгрузки данных по медицинской организации в ГИС "РЕГИЗ". Задачи, которые были решены в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение медицинских информационных систем, требований к ним и задач, которые они должны решать. 2. Описание проектов в сфере информатизации здравоохранения Российской Федерации, в частности в городе Санкт-Петербург. 3. Разработана МИС отвечающая всем требованиям, предъявляемыми государственными нормативными актами, документами и законами в сфере здравоохранения. Работа выполнена на базе компании "Itworks", предоставившей значительную часть материалов для работы: документация разработчиков МИС, документация пользователя МИС. Была изучена разработанная медицинская информационная система для нужд медицинских организаций города Санкт-Петербурга. В результате был проведен анализ разработанной медицинской информационной системы, описаны теоретические аспекты разработки МИС, объяснения значения национальных проектов в сфере здравоохранения, важность соответствия требованиям и возможности интеграции данных по медицинской организации из МИС в ГИС "РЕГИЗ".

Theme of final qualification work: Service-oriented integration of medical information systems in the State Healthcare Information System of St. - Petersburg (SHIS). This paper describes the types of medical information systems, considers its subsystems, modules, and also develops MIS, with the possibility of uploading data on a medical organization to the SHIS. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of medical information systems, their requirements and the tasks that they must solve. 2. Description of projects in the field of health informatization in the Russian Federation, in particular in the city of St. Petersburg. 3. An IIA has been developed that meets all the requirements of state regulatory acts, documents and laws in the field of healthcare. The work was carried out on the basis of the "Itworks" company, which provided a significant part of the materials for the work: documentation of MIS developers, documentation of the MIS user. The developed medical information system for the needs of medical organizations of the city of St. Petersburg was studied. As a result, an analysis of the developed medical information system was carried out, theoretical aspects of the development of MIS were described, explanations of the importance of national projects in the field of healthcare, the importance of meeting the requirements and the possibility of integrating data on a medical organization from the MIS into the SHIS were described.
