В работе рассматриваются вопросы правового значения рецепции и имплементации права в современном законодательстве Российской Феде-рации. В работе также исследуются вопросы возникновения и развития процессов рецепции и имплементации в национальном законодательстве государств и в мире, выявляются правовые проблемы в области их приме-нения. Наибольшее внимание уделено понятию, содержанию и характеристике рассматриваемых правовых явлений, выделению позитивных и негативных элементов в процессах имплементации и рецепции, а также правовому анализу их влияния на правовые системы Российской Федерации и других развитых государств.

The paper deals with the legal significance of the reception and imple-mentation of law in the modern legislation of the Russian Federation. The work also examines the emergence and development of the processes of recep-tion and implementation in the national legislation of states and in the world, identifies legal problems in the field of their application. The greatest attention is paid to the concept, content and characteristics of the legal phenomena un-der consideration, the identification of positive and negative elements in the processes of implementation and reception, as well as the legal analysis of their impact on the legal systems of the Russian Federation and other developed states.
