В данной работе рассмотрено и проанализировано рабочее место водителя манипулятора, а также процедура специальной оценки условий труда (СОУТ). Работа была проведена в организации, занимающаяся логистикой, где были проведены замеры, показывающая уровень вредных и опасных факторов, влияющих на здоровье водителя манипулятора. Замеры проводились с помощью специальных поверенных приборов, также была разработана опросная анкета, при помощи которой была получена информация для более детального подхода в дальнейших улучшениях рабочего места. Было проанализировано рабочее место водителя манипулятора на содержание ВОПФ, выставлен класс условия труда по таким факторам как: общая и локальная вибрация, химический фактор, тяжесть и напряженность трудового процесса, шум и инфразвук. Даны рекомендации по нормализации условия труда рабочего, которые включают мероприятия по снижению шума, вибрации, тяжести и химических факторов. Их применение позволит снизить до приемлемого уровня воздействие опасных и вредные факторов, влияющих на водителя манипулятора.

In this paper, the work place of the manipulator driver is considered and ana-lyzed, as well as the procedure for special assessment of working conditions (SAWC). The work was carried out in a logistics organization, where measurements were taken to show the level of harmful and dangerous factors affecting the health of the manipulator driver. Measurements were carried out with the help of special calibrated devices, a questionnaire was also developed, with the help of which information was obtained for a more detailed approach to further improvements of the workplace. The theme of the final qualifying work: «Analysis of working conditions at the workplace of the driver of the manipulator in order to develop recommendations for their normalization». The workplace of the manipulator driver was analyzed for the content of the HHPF, the class of working conditions is set for such factors as: general and local vibration, chemical factor, severity and intensity of the labor process, noise and infrasound. Recommendations are given for the normalization of the working conditions of the worker, which include measures to reduce noise, vibration, severity and chemical factors. Their use will reduce to an acceptable level the impact of hazardous and harmful factors affecting the manipulator driver.
