Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Полномочия органов государственного жилищного надзора в сфере землепользования и проблемы их реализации». Предметом исследования являются научные труды ученых и нормативные правовые акты, регулирующие данную сферу. Целью работы является выработка рекомендаций по решению существующих проблем в сфере осуществления государственного жилищного надзора в сфере землепользования. В процессе выполнения работы были использованы общенаучные методы: анализ, дедукция, а также формально-юридический и конкретно-научный методы. Результатом выполненной работы являются конкретные рекомендации по совершенствованию законодательства и предложение решения проблем, связанных с разграничением и реализацией полномочий государственного жилищного надзора в сфере землепользования. Выводами данного исследования являются выявление существующих проблем в области разграничения полномочий между органами государственного надзора в сфере землепользования и проблем реализации полномочий государственного жилищного надзора в сфере землепользования и конкретные предложения по решению существующих проблем.

The topic of the final qualification work: "The powers of the state housing supervision bodies in the field of land use and the problems of their implementation". The subject of the research is the scientific works of scientists and the normative legal acts regulating this sphere. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for solving existing problems in the implementation of state housing supervision in the field of land use. In the course of the work, general scientific methods were used: analysis, deduction, as well as formal-legal and concrete-scientific methods. The result of the work carried out is specific recommendations for improving the legislation and a proposal for solving problems related to the delimitation and implementation of the powers of state housing supervision in the field of land use. The conclusions of this study are the identification of existing problems in the field of the division of powers between the bodies of state supervision in the field of land use and the problems of the implementation of the powers of state housing supervision in the field of land use and specific proposals for solving existing problems.
