Целью исследования является разработка мероприятий по повышению эффективности управления персоналом предприятия сферы услуг, путем внедрения цифровых технологий. Исследование выполнялось на базе Спортивно-оздоровительной зоны, СК «Политехник». Предмет исследования: вопрос цифрового развития организации сферы услуг. Методы исследования: общенаучный диалектический метод познания и вытекающие из него общенаучные методы: анализ, синтез, обобщение. Основные результаты исследования: предложена методика внедрения цифровых технологий на предприятия в спортивной сфере; разработаны мероприятия для эффективности управления персоналом на предприятии сферы услуг; проанализирована эффективность внедрения системы контроля и управления доступом на предприятие. Область применения результатов ВКР: описанный метод обладает общностью и может найти свое применение при оценке цифрового развития спортивно-оздоровительной зоны, для принятия решений в области управления персоналом в рамках формирования стратегии развития предприятия. Научной новизной исследования является методика внедрения цифровых технологий в предприятия оказывающие спортивно-оздоровительные услуги. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The aim of the study development of measures to improve the efficiency of personnel management in the service sector, through the introduction of digital technologies. The study was carried out on the basis Sports and recreation area, SC "Polytechnic". Research subject: the issue of digital development of the organization of the service sector. Research methods: the general scientific dialectical method of cognition and the general scientific methods resulting from it: analysis, synthesis, generalization. The main results of the study: а method of introducing digital technologies to enterprises in the sports field is proposed; measures have been developed for the effectiveness of personnel management in the service sector enterprise; the efficiency of the implementation of the access control and management system at the enterprise is analyzed. Application field: the described method has a commonality and can be used in assessing the digital development of a sports and recreation area, for making decisions in the field of personnel management as part of the formation of an enterprise development strategy. The scientific novelty of the study methodology for the introduction of digital technologies in enterprises providing sports and recreation services. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
