Цель работы — совершенствование деятельности медицинской организации посредством внедрения 3D-технологий, созданных для медицинской отрасли. Задачи работы: - анализ деятельности существующего процесса работы с 3D-моделями, выявление проблем, поиск возможных решений; - построение модели будущего процесса согласно выделенным требованиям, выявление получаемых изменений; - оценка эффективности проделанной работы. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности медицинской организации, оказывающей медицинскую помощь по ОМС, на платной основе, а также высокотехнологичную медицинскую помощь. Использованные методы: анализ процессов, сравнительный анализ, инструменты 3D-моделирования, анализ 3D-технологий, оценка эффективности выполненной работы. Результаты работы: - Проведен анализ процессов компании, выявлены узкие места и предложены возможные решения по их устранению. - Рассмотрены существующие 3D-технологии и выбрано оптимальное решение для реализации проекта внедрения. - Составлен проект внедрения выбранной информационной системы на основе существующих требований. - Проведена оценка эффективности внедрения специализированных технологий на основе показателей работы старых и новых процессов. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности: внедрение информационной системы оказалось выгодным для компании, поскольку повысит качество оказываемых услуг, увеличит оборот больничной койки и прибыль организации.

The purpose of the work — to improvement of the activities in the medical organization through the introduction of 3D-technologies created for the medical industry. Tasks of work: - analysis of the existing process of working with 3D models, identification of problems, search for possible solutions; - building a model of the future process according to the selected requirements, identifying the resulting changes; - assessment of the effectiveness of the work done. The work is based on materials about the activities of a medical organization that provides medical care under CHI, on a paid basis, as well as high-tech medical care. Methods used: process analysis, comparative analysis, 3D modeling tools, analysis of 3D technologies, evaluation of the effectiveness of the work performed. Work results: - An analysis of the company's processes was carried out, bottlenecks were identified and possible solutions for their elimination were proposed. - The existing 3D-technologies are considered and the optimal solution for the implementation of the project is selected. - A project for the implementation of the selected information system based on existing requirements has been drawn up. - An assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of specialized technologies based on the performance indicators of old and new processes. The practical significance of the work is due to the results of the performance assessment: the implementation of the information system proved to be beneficial for the company, as it will improve the quality of services provided, increase the turnover of the hospital bed and the profit of the organization.
