Субъектами этой работы будут такие КНР, как Sinopec, CNPC, ПАО «Роснефть», ПАО «Газпром», а также топливно-энергетические компании Российской Федерации с помощью собственных логистических мощностей, а также ООО `` РЖД Логистика '' и China Railways Co Ltd.Предметом данной работы станет процесс выработки рекомендаций по развитию сотрудничества между Российской Федерацией и Китаем в области топливной энергетики. Основная цель исследования - изучить вопрос взаимного сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем на основе теоретических и практических рекомендаций, способствующих развитию торгового сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем в топливно-энергетической сфере. Задачи исследования представляют что, 1). исследовать теоретические основы финансового управления; 2). провести анализ деятельности российских и китайских нефтегазовых компаний; 3)выявить перспективы китайско-российского сотрудничества в топливно-энергетической сфере Научная гипотеза данного исследования была сформирована путем анализа международных предприятий топливно-энергетического сектора Китая и России.Практическое значение этой работы будет основано на наличии выводов и рекомендаций по совершенствованию процесса управления потоками товаров как на национальном уровне, так и на уровне международного предприятия.Основным элементом научной новизны является комплексный подход к финансовому управлению в рамках межстранового сотрудничества и система принципов финансового управления как основа этого подхода.
