Данная работа посвящена оценке использования трудовых ресурсов на предприятии. Объект исследования – ООО ”ЭМ СИ АРТ”. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение теоретических основ оценки использования трудовых ресурсов. 2. Анализ деятельности и организационно-экономической структуры предприятия. 3. Анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. 4. Разработка и оценка рекомендаций по использованию трудовых ресурсов предприятия. Был осуществлен финансовый анализ ООО «ЭМ СИ АРТ», рассмотрена его организационная структура, проведен анализ его трудовых ресурсов. В результате были разработаны рекомендации по улучшению системы оплаты труда и мероприятия по улучшению психологического и социального климата на предприятии с целью повышения производительности труда персонала. Предложенное решение позволит снизить текучесть кадров и увеличить производительность труда.

This work is devoted to the assessment of the use of labor resources of the enterprise. The object of the research is LLC "M C ART". Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of the theoretical foundations of the assessment of labor resources. 2. Analysis of the activities and organizational and economic structure of the enterprise. 3. Analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise 4. Development and evaluation of recommendations on the use of the labor resources of the enterprise. The financial analysis of the company was carried out, the organizational structure was considered, the analysis of labor resources was carried out. As a result, effective recommendations were developed for the development of an improved remuneration system and measures to improve the psychological and social climate in the enterprise in order to increase staff productivity. The proposed solution will reduce staff turnover and increase labor productivity.
