The work is devoted to the study of methods for text generation and the development of an algorithm capable of translating informal text entered by the user into formal letter. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of methods for text generation 2. Study of text generation in GPT-3 models 3. Study of text generation settings 4. Development of a model for text translation 5. Development of a chat bot for the Telegram messenger The paper provides an overview of existing solutions for text generation, describes the principle of operation of the attention mechanism and development process of creating own model that can compose formal letters based on GPT-3, and studies the interfaces for communication between the client and the model. As a result, a model was developed that generates a formal letter based on an informal text and a chatbot for the Telegram messenger which is used to provide access to the model.
