Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Цифровая трансформация логистических систем». Данная работа посвящена анализу процессов цифровой трансформации логистических систем, посредством внедрения основных цифровых инструментов в структурные элементы логистической системы. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ процесса цифровой трансформации логистических систем. 2. Обзор инструментов цифровой трансформации и их практического применения крупными предприятиями. 3. Осуществление комплексного анализа деятельности АО «ДПД РУС». 4. Выявление ключевых проблем предприятия, как основных направлений цифровизации. 5. Разработка проектов внедрения целесообразных инструментов цифровизации логистической системы. 6. Оценка результатов реализации предложенных мероприятий.Работа выполнялась на базе Акционерного Общества «ДПД РУС», логистическая система которого была взята за основу исследования. В ходе работы были рассмотрены производственные и логистические процессы компании, применяемые цифровые технологии. Также был осуществлен анализ маркетинговой среды предприятия. Была изучена финансовая сторона деятельности предприятия и рассчитаны ключевые показатели эффективности. В ходе комплексного анализа были выявлены текущие проблемные сферы предприятия. Результатом работы стала разработка для АО «ДПД РУС» двух проектов на базе инструментов цифровой трансформации логистических систем, которые были проанализированы и предложены к внедрению.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Digital transformation of logistics systems". This work is devoted to the analysis of the processes of digital transformation of logistics systems, through the introduction of basic digital tools into the structural elements of the logistics system. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of the process of digital transformation of logistics systems. 2. Overview of digital transformation tools and their practical application by large enterprises. 3. Implementation of a comprehensive analysis of the activities of JSC "DPD RUS". 4. Identification of key problems of the enterprise as the main directions of digitalization. 5. Development of projects for the implementation of appropriate tools for digitalization of the logistics system. 6. Evaluation of the results of the implementation of the proposed measures. The work was carried out on the basis of the Joint-Stock Company "DPD RUS", the logistics system of which was taken as the basis of the study. In the course of the work, the company's production and logistics processes, applied digital technologies were considered. The analysis of the marketing environment of the enterprise was also carried out. The financial side of the company's activities was studied and key performance indicators were calculated. In the course of a comprehensive analysis, the current problematic areas of the enterprise were identified. The result of the work was the development of two projects for JSC "DPD RUS" based on the tools of digital transformation of logistics systems, which were analyzed and proposed for implementation.
