Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Реализация принципов бережливого производства в сфере строительных услуг (на примере компании ООО «ЭСК»)». Целью данной работы является выявлению потерь в производственном потоке строительной организации, их устранение и последующая экономическая оценка эффективности: 1. Изучение специфики строительной сферы и применения методов бережливого производства в ней. 2. Анализ предприятия и его основной деятельности на наличие потерь с последующими методами их устранения. 3. Разработка методологии внедрения принципов бережливого строительства. 4. Экономическая оценка эффективности внедренных мероприятий. Данная работа проводилась на основе деятельности строительной компании подрядчика ООО “ЭСК”. В качестве материала для работы были взяты и проанализированы ее организационная структура и одна из самых востребованных на рынке услуг – монолитные работы. Информация о времени на те или иные операции были взяты вживую с производственного процесса на строительном объекте “Дача принца Ольденбургского”, где и проводился данный тип работ. По итогам проведенной работы был выявлен ряд существующих производственных потерь, для которых была разработана индивидуальная методология по внедрению реформ и последующему устранению наличествующих проблем. Благодаря проведенной экономической оценке влияния мероприятий на финансовое состояние компании ООО “ЭСК” было выяснена необходимость в их скорейшем внедрении.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Implementation of the principles of lean manufacturing in the field of construction services (on the example of the company LLC "ESC")". The purpose of this work is to identify losses in the production flow of a construction organization, their elimination and subsequent economic evaluation of efficiency: 1. Study of the specifics of the construction sector and the application of lean manufacturing methods in it. 2. Analysis of the enterprise and its main activity for the presence of losses with subsequent methods of their elimination. 3. Development of a methodology for implementing the principles of lean construction. 4. Economic evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures. This work was carried out based on the activities of the construction company contractor LLC “ESK". As a material for the work, its organizational structure and one of the most popular services on the market – monolithic works were taken and analyzed. Information about the time for certain operations was taken live from the production process at the construction site “Prince of Oldenburg's Dacha”, where this type of work was carried out.Based on the results of the work carried out, a number of existing production losses were identified, for which an individual methodology was developed for the implementation of reforms and the subsequent elimination of existing problems. Thanks to the economic assessment of the impact of the measures on the financial condition of the company LLC “ESC", the need for their early implementation was clarified.
