Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Анализ и совершенствование стратегии устойчивого развития Audi AG. Данная работа посвящена анализу стратегии устойчивого развития Audi AG. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: Изучены теоретические основы внедрения устойчивого развития в деятельность предприятий. Рассмотрены различные показатели устойчивости предприятия. Проведено исследование стратегии устойчивого развития Audi AG. Выполнена оценка эффективности стратегии устойчивого развития исследуемого предприятия. Представлены рекомендации по улучшению стратегии устойчивого развития на исследуемом предприятии. В ходе работы были рассмотрены мероприятия в рамках стратегии устойчивого развития исследуемого предприятия, касающиеся производства, работников и общества, модернизации продукта компании. Была проведена оценка устойчивости предприятия с помощью метода интегральных показателей, а также выполнена оценка финансовой устойчивости для выявления финансового результата устойчивого развития.Результатом работы стал анализ эффективности внедрения устойчивого развития Audi AG, и ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию стратегии устойчивого развития для предприятия.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Analysis and improvement of the sustainability strategy of Audi AG”. This work is devoted to the analysis of the sustainable development strategy of Audi AG. During the study, the following tasks were solved: The theoretical foundations of the introduction of sustainable development in the activities of enterprises have been studied. Various indicators of enterprise sustainability are considered.A study of Audi AG's sustainable development strategy has been conducted. An assessment of the effectiveness of the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise under study was carried out. Recommendations for improving the strategy of sustainable development at the enterprise under study are presented. In the course of the work, measures were considered within the framework of the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise under study, concerning production, employees and society, modernization of the company's product. An assessment of the company's sustainability was carried out using the method of integral indicators, as well as an assessment of financial stability was performed to identify the financial result of sustainable development. The result of the work was an analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of sustainable development of Audi AG, and several recommendations for improving the strategy of sustainable development for the company.
