Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Зарубежный опыт франчайзинга в малом бизнесе и его использование в России». Данная работа посвящена изучению особенностей развития малого бизнеса с помощью франчайзинга за рубежом и в России. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение франчайзинга как инструмента развития малого бизнеса. 2. Оценка эффективности использования франчайзинга в розничной торговле России. 3. Оценка стадии развития франчайзинга в зарубежный странах. 4. Исследование хозяйственной деятельности ООО «Фасоль Ритейл Групп». 5. Разработка мероприятий по увеличению эффективности хозяйственной деятельности предприятия. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Фасоль Ритейл Групп». В ходе работы были рассмотрены теоретические основы франчайзинга, торгово-хозяйственные процессы торгового предприятия и их состав, требования законодательства в сфере франчайзинга, малого бизнеса и розничной торговли. Также была проведена оценка сильных и слабых сторон предприятия с помощью SWOT-анализа и создан портрет покупателя с помощью карты эмпатии. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Фасоль Ритейл Групп» маркетинговых (рекламная кампания) и торговых (логистика) мероприятий на основе слабых мест сети, выявленных в процессе исследования торгово-хозяйственной деятельности.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Foreign experience of franchising in small business and its use in Russia”. This work is devoted to the study of the features of small business development through franchising abroad and in Russia. During the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of franchising as a tool for small business development. 2. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of franchising in retail trade in Russia. 3. Assessment of the stage of development of franchising in foreign countries. 4. Study of the economic activities of Fasol Retail Group LLC. 5. Development of measures to increase the efficiency of the economic activity of the enterprise. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company Fasol Retail Group. In the course of the work, the theoretical foundations of franchising, the trade and economic processes of a trading enterprise and their composition, the requirements of legislation in the field of franchising, small business and retail trade were considered. An assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise was also carried out using a SWOT analysis and a portrait of the buyer was created using an empathy map. The result of the work was the development of marketing (advertising campaign) and trade (logistics) activities for Fasol Retail Group LLC based on the weaknesses of the network identified during the study of trade and economic activities.
