Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с эксплуатируемой кровлей».В данном дипломном проекте разработана проектная документация на возведение 27-этажного бизнес-центра с двухуровневой подземной парковкой.При разработке проекта был поставлен ряд задач:1. разработать разделы проектной документации в соответствии с заданием;2. проанализировать возможные варианты устройства эксплуатируемого кровельного покрытия;3. оценить достоинства и недостатки различных конструкций и возможность их применения на объекте проектирования;4. разработать проект эксплуатируемой кровли для проектируемого здания бизнес-центра.В ходе проекта разработаны схема планировочной организации земельного участка, архитектурные, объемно-планировочные и конструктивные решения, составлен проект организации строительства и технологическая карта на возведение монолитной железобетонной колонны, обоснованы мероприятия по пожарной безопасности и составлены сметная документация.Произведен анализ существующих кровельных систем, на основе которого был сделан выбор эксплуатируемого кровельного покрытия проектируемого здания. На основе принятых решений был разработан проект эксплуатируемой кровли и определены ее технико-экономические показатели.

The theme of the final qualifying work is "High-rise building of a business center with an exploited roof."In this graduation project, design documentation for the construction of 27-storey business center with two-level underground parking was developed.During the development of the project, a number of tasks were set:1. to develop sections of project documentation in accordance with the assignment;2. to analyze possible options for the device of the exploitable roofing;3. to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various designs and the possibility of their application at the design site;4. to develop a project of an exploitable roof for the designed building of the business center.In the course of the project, a scheme for the planning organization of the land plot, architectural, space-planning and design solutions were developed, a construction organization project and a flow chart for the erection of a monolithic reinforced concrete column were drawn up, fire safety measures were justified and cost estimates were drawn up.An analysis of the existing roofing systems was made, on the basis of which the design of the exploited roofing of the building was selected. On the basis of the decisions made, a project of the operated roof was developed and its technical and economic indicators were determined.
