Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: высотное здание общественно-делового центра с подземной автостоянкой.В дипломном проекте разработаны разделы проектной документации согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 N 87 и техническому заданию.Цель ВКР: разработка разделов в составе проектной документации на строительство высотного здания. Цель исследования: проектирование оптимального, экономически выгодного календарного плана возведения монолитных конструкций типового этажа высотного здания.Предмет исследования: монолитные конструкции типового этажа.Задачи:1. Разработать варианты календарных планов.2. Провести анализ показателей эффективности.3. Выбрать оптимальный вариант календарного плана.Методы исследования: сетевое моделирование, анализ, сравнение.В рамках работы проведены расчеты календарного плана матрицами, построены диаграммы Ганта и S-кривые; графики ресурсов, трудозатрат. Рассчитаны критерии качества, экономическая эффективность.Разработаны разделы проектной документации. Сделан вывод об использовании метода непрерывного освоения фронтов. Возможно создание базы знаний по определению оптимального календарного плана на разные объекты с последующей автоматизацией процесса.

The theme of the final qualifying work: ‘A high-rise building of a public and business center with an underground parking lot’In this project, sections of project documentation were developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 N 87 and the terms of reference.The purpose of the work: the development of sections in the design documentation for the construction of a high-rise building. The purpose of the study: designing an optimal, cost-effective schedule for the erection of monolithic structures of a typical floor of a high-rise building.Subject of study: monolithic structures of a typical floor.Tasks:1. Develop options for calendar plans.2. Conduct an analysis of performance indicators.3. Choose the best variant of the schedule.Research methods: modeling, analysis, comparison.Calculations of the calendar plan by matrices were carried out, Gantt charts and S-curves, schedules of resources and labor costs were built. Quality criteria and economic efficiency were calculated.Sections of project documentation have been developed. The conclusion is made about the use of the method of continuous development of fronts. In future, there is the possibility of creating a knowledge base for determining the optimal schedule for different objects with subsequent automation of the process.
