The object of research is a transconductive amplifier. The subject of the study is the characteristics of a transconductive amplifier. The purpose of the work is to investigate the applications of a transconductive amplifier in the microwave range and above. As a result of the study, methods of using TU in the microwave range were found. For one of the implementations of the Gm-C filter, in which IT is used to increase linearity, a simulation was carried out. As a result of the simulation, the dependence of the conductivity on the constant bias of the input voltage and the value of the conductivity itself was obtained Gm=122 uA/V.
