Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проект разработки страте-гии развития стартапа Divo.ai». Предметом исследования является развитие компании. Цель – разработка стратегии развития компании.Проанализирован рынок автоматизации бизнес-процессов, рынок марке-тинговых услуг и интернет-продаж, рассмотрена деятельность компании. Про-веден анализ особенностей стартапов, их ключевых отличий от предприятий малого бизнеса. Рассмотрены подходы к управлению командой разработки и подобрана наиболее подходящая модель, учитывающая особенности стартап-компаний. Были выбраны и применены инструменты стратегического менедж-мента для проработки стратегии развития.Разработанная стратегия содержит в себе миссию компании, направле-ния развития в сфере управления персоналом, продуктом, брендом, развитии организационной структуры. Стратегия была внедрена в компанию и апробиро-вана. Для управления проектом применен логико-структурный подход. Произ-ведено экономическое обоснование проекта. Произведена оценка рисков проекта.Результат ВКР – стратегия развития, которая будет использоваться ком-панией в целях укрепления своих рыночных позиций.

Subject of the graduation qualification work: "The project of the development strategy startup Divo.ai. The subject of the research is the development of the compa-ny. The aim is to work out a development strategy of the company.Analysed the market of automation of business processes, the market of mar-keting services and online sales, reviewed the activities of the company. Analyzed the features of start-ups, their key differences from small businesses. The approaches to the management of the development team were considered and the most appropriate model, which takes into account the peculiarities of start-ups, was selected. The tools of strategic management were selected and applied to work out the development strategy.The developed strategy contains the company's mission, directions of devel-opment in the field of personnel management, product, brand, and development of organizational structure. The strategy was implemented in the company and ap-proved. To manage the project a logical-structural approach was applied. Made an economic feasibility study of the project. Estimated the risks of the project.Result of graduation qualification work - development strategy, which will be used by the company to strengthen its market position.
