Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом в организации (на примере ООО «AirNet»). Данная работа посвящена изучению системы управления персоналом и разработке мероприятий по ее совершенствованию. Целью работы является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом в ООО «AirNet». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: – проведение анализа внешней и внутренней среды ООО «AirNet»; – проведение анализа системы управления персоналом предприятия-объекта исследования; – разработка мероприятий по преодолению, выявленных проблем в системе управления персоналом предприятия-объекта исследования; – оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе ООО «AirNet», где собиралась значительная часть располагаемых сведений о внутреннем устройстве организации, аспектах действующей системы стимулирования. Методы: изучение научных публикаций и других источников в интернете, анализ полученной информации, классификация, сравнение. Основные результаты ВКР: – обоснована экономическая целесообразность совершенствования системы управления персоналом; – разработаны следующие мероприятия по совершенствованию системы управления персоналом (перевод ITспециалистов на удаленную работу, изменение организационной структура, разработка плана стажировка для менеджеров по работе с клиентами); – проведена оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий.

Theme of the bachelor's final qualification work: Development of measures to improve the personnel management system in the organization on the example of LLC AirNet. This work is devoted to the study of the personnel management system and the development of measures to improve it. The purpose of the work is to develop measures to improve the personnel management system in AirNet LLC. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: – analysis of the external and internal environment of AirNet LLC; - analysis of the personnel management system of the enterpriseobject of research; - development of measures to overcome the identified problems in the personnel management system of the enterprise-object of research; – Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed activities. The work was carried out on the basis of AirNet LLC, where a significant part of the available information about the internal structure of the organization, aspects of the current incentive system was collected. Methods: study of scientific publications and other sources on the Internet, analysis of the information received, classification, comparison. The main results of the WRC: – justified the economic feasibility of improving the personnel management system; – the following measures have been developed to improve the personnel management system (transferring IT specialists to remote work, changing the organizational structure, developing an internship plan for account managers). – an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures was carried out.
