Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Особенности вступления Китайской Народной Республики во Всемирную торговую организацию». Данная работа направлена на исследование вступления Китайской Народной Республики во Всемирную торговую организацию и выявлению особенностей данного процесса. В ходе исследования при помощи исторического метода был рассмотрен процесс формирования ВТО. Был проведен анализ документов организации и изучен общий механизм принятия новых участников в организацию. Посредством метода периодизации был поделен на этапы процесс вступления Китая в ВТО, прослежены основные тенденции и результаты каждого периода. Сравнительно-описательный метод позволил на основании сравнения опыта вступления КНР в ВТО с опытом присоединения к организации других государств выявить особенности: переговорный процесс проходил в три этапа; КНР была вынуждена сначала добиваться членства в ГАТТ, а затем в ВТО; ход вступления в организацию был осложнен разногласиями Китая и США по политическим вопросам, в частности по вопросу прав человека; китайское правительство добивалось вступления в ВТО на правах развивающегося государства с нерыночной экономикой, поскольку это приносило льготы; присоединение Китая к ВТО не было осложнено обязательствами государства в других межгосударственных региональных объединениях;  условия, выдвинутые КНР со стороны членов ВТО были более жесткими в сравнении с условиями для других государств-претендентов на вступление.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Peculiarities of the entry of the People's Republic of China into the World Trade Organization”. The given work is aimed at studying the entry of the People's Republic of China into the World Trade Organization and identifying the peculiarities of this process. As part of study, the process of formation of the WTO was considered by using the historical method. An analysis of the documents of the organization was carried out and the general mechanism for accepting new members into the organization was studied. The process of China's accession to the WTO was divided into stages through the method of periodization, and the main trends and results of each period were traced. The comparative-descriptive method were used to compare the experience of China's accession to the WTO with the experience of other states joining the organization and to identify the following peculiarities: the negotiation process took place in three stages; the PRC was forced to first seek membership in the GATT, and then in the WTO; the process of entry into the organization was complicated by disagreements between China and the United States on political issues, in particular on the issue of human rights; the Chinese government sought to join the WTO as a developing state with a non-market economy to enjoy certain benefits; China's accession to the WTO was not complicated by the obligations of China in other interstate regional associations; the conditions put forward by the PRC were more stringent in comparison with the conditions for other applicant states.
