Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ особенностей использования гибкой методологии при разработке программного обеспечения для мобильных устройств».Целью работы является анализ особенностей применения гибких методологий разработки программных продуктов с целью совершенствования процессов разработки.Задачи работы:- описание основных подходов к разработке;- выявление ключевых особенностей каждого из подходов;- рассмотрение основных процессов при реализации проекта фреймворком Scrum;- оценка эффективности использования подхода.Работа выполнена на базе информации о деятельности компании ООО «SoftLaunch».Использованные методы: поиск информации, сравнительныйанализ, инструменты планирования, отслеживания и разработки, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Результаты работы:-      проведен анализ гибких методологий разработки, определены слабые и сильные стороны каждой из них;- приведены ожидаемые и фактические показатели при реализации проекта;- сделаны выводы об особенностях гибкого подхода к разработке ПО. Практическая значимость работы заключается в использовании полученных результатов анализа особенностей применения гибких методологий при разработке мобильного ПО с целью выбора оптимального подхода к разработке.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов - выявление особенностей при разработке программных продуктов гибкими методологиями.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Analysis of the features of using an agile methodology in the development of software for mobile devices".The purpose of the work is analysis of agile methodologies for developing software products in order to develop applications. Work tasks:- description of the main approaches to development;- identification of the key features of each of the approaches;- consideration of the main processes in the implementation of the project by the Scrum framework;- assessment of the effectiveness of using the approach.The work was performed on the basis of information about the activities of the company "SoftLaunch" LLC.Methods used: information search, comparative analysis, planning, tracking and development tools, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects.Results of work:- an analysis of flexible development methodologies was carried out, the strengths and weaknesses of each of them were identified;- expected and actual indicators during the implementation of the project;-  conclusions are made about the features of a flexible approach to software development.The practical significance of the work lies in the use of the results of the analysis of the features of the use of flexible methodologies in the development of mobile software in order to select the optimal approach to development.Findings. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined - identifying features in the development of software products using flexible methodologies.
