Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Методы управления ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами строительного проекта и надёжностью проектных решений».В работе рассмотрены основные практики оценки и видения строительных проектов и предложены как теоретические, так и уже используемые в отдельных компаниях методы повышения эффективности управления ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами строительного проекта. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования:Вывести определения, что такое ресурсно-стоимостные параметры.Анализ существующих способов управления ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами.Составление комплексной методики по управлению ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами.Апробация предложенной методики на примере проекта.Разработка рекомендаций по управлению ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами для стадий жизненного цикла объекта капитального строительства.Работа, главным образом, строилась на изучении материалов отечественных авторов в области управления проектами и других открытых источников: учебники, пособия, аналитические отчёты, научные статьи. По результатам изучения доступных материалов была предложена методика определения стоимости инвестиционно-строительного проекта методом мультиаддитивной свёртки частных показателей, рассчитанных затратным, доходным и сравнительным (рыночным) методами.С помощью полученного метода была определена стоимость строительства объекта капитального строительства «Жилой комплекс со встроенными помещениями и пристроенными паркингами». В ходе расчёта была определена стоимость, позволяющая выполнить проект с удовлетворяющими требованиям по надёжности параметрами, и было принято решение о реализации проекта. На основании проведённой работы были разработаны рекомендации по управлению ресурсно-стоимостными параметрами на всех этапах жизненного цикла.

The theme of the final qualification work: "Methods of managing the resource-cost parameters of a construction project and the reliability of design solutions".The paper considers the main practices for evaluating and seeing construction projects and suggests both theoretical and methods already used in individual companies to improve the efficiency of managing the resource and cost parameters of a construction project. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:Derive definitions of what resource-cost parameters are.Analysis of existing methods of managing resource and cost parameters.Drawing up a comprehensive methodology for managing resource and cost parameters.Approbation of the proposed methodology on the example of the project.Development of recommendations for the management of resource and cost parameters for the stages of the life cycle of a capital construction object.The work was mainly based on the study of materials of domestic authors in the field of project management and other open sources: textbooks, manuals, analytical reports, scientific articles. Based on the results of studying the available materials, a methodology was proposed for determining the cost of an investment and construction project by the method of multi-additive convolution of private indicators calculated by costly, profitable and comparative (market) methods.Using the obtained method, the cost of construction of the capital construction object "Residential complex with built-in premises and attached parking lots" was determined. Based on the results of the calculation, the cost was determined, allowing the project to be completed with parameters that meet the requirements for reliability, and a decision was made to implement the project. Based on the work carried out, recommendations were developed for managing resource and cost parameters at all stages of the lifecycle.
