The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Radiation effects of young Sun’s flares on the isotopic composition of the atmosphere and living organisms". The work is devoted to study of effects of flares on an active young Sun on isotopic ratios 15N/14N and 13C/12C in the atmospheres of Mars and Venus, 14C/12C in the young Earth’s atmosphere. It was found that the model of an active young Sun is valid for young Mars if it’s atmosphere was nitrogenous and there was a reservoir of carbon on it with a mass an order of magnitude greater than the mass of it’s modern atmosphere. Otherwise, the flux of solar cosmic rays should have been less or the energy spectrum should have been softer than expected. On Venus, isotopic ratios vary within the measurement error. The isotopic ratio 14C/12C on the young Earth varies by several orders of magnitude relative to modern values. This increases the internal radiation background in the biosphere. Moreover, it strongly depends on the composition of the Earth’s atmosphere.
