Тема ВКР бакалавра: «Разработка комплекса мероприятий по повышению конкурентоспособности предприятия (на примере АО «ТЯЖМАШ»)».Цель работы – является анализ и совершенствование мероприятий, которые могут повысить конкурентоспособность организации АО «ТЯЖМАШ».Работа выполнена на базе предприятия АО «ТЯЖМАШ».Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования - контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий; SWOT-анализ; PEST-анализ; методы оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов.Результаты работы: - проведено исследование теоретических аспектов конкурентоспособности;- дана организационно-экономическая характеристика организации; проведен анализ конкурентов и отраслевого рынка данной организации; проведен анализ факторов внутренней и внешней среды организации; найдены основные проблемы в конкурентоспособности организации;- разработаны конкретные рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности организации; приведено прогнозирование и оценка эффективности разработанных рекомендаций.Область применения результатов ВКР – предприятия тяжелой металлургической промышленности.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: "Development of a set of measures to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise (on the example of JSC TYAZHMASH)".The aim of the graduate qualification work is the analysis and improvement of measures that can increase the competitiveness of the organization of JSC TYAZHMASH.The work has been carried out on the materials of of JSC TYAZHMASH.Research methods used: general scientific research methods - content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies; SWOT analysis; PEST analysis; methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of projects.The main results of the graduate qualification work: - a study of the theoretical aspects of competitiveness has been conducted;- the organizational and economic characteristics of the organization are given; the analysis of competitors and the industry market of this organization is carried out; the analysis of factors of the internal and external environment of the organization is carried out; the main problems in the competitiveness of the organization are found;- specific recommendations have been developed to improve the competitiveness of the organization; forecasting and evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed recommendations are given.The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - enterprises of the heavy metallurgical industry.Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
