Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Кросс-функциональный медицинский хаб». Целью исследования явилась разработка эффективных референтных архитектурных моделей кросс-функционального медицинского хаба (мульти-индустриального сообщества), нацеленного на развитие научно-исследовательской, образовательной и проектной деятельности, медицинской отрасли.Исследование выполнялось на базе медицинского научно-образовательного кластера «Трансляционная медицина». Предметом ВКР являются методы и модели формирования архитектуры кросс-функционального медицинского хаба.Методы исследования: сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, методы управления проектами, сбор, анализ и постановка требований, инструменты архитектуры предприятия.Основные результаты исследования: - проведен литературный анализ понятий «экосистема», «инновационная экосистема», дано авторское определение термина «медицинский инновационный хаб»;- описана деятельность инновационных хабов в России и за рубежом;- разработаны модели бизнес- и ИТ-архитектуры медицинского инновационного хаба;- сформулированы требования к цифровой платформе хаба;- разработана дорожная карта создания медицинского хаба на базе кластера.Область применения результатов ВКР является организация деятельности медицинских инновационных экосистем в цифровой экономике.Научной новизной исследования являются разработанные референтные архитектурные модели кросс-функционального медицинского хаба с помощью стандарта управления архитектурой предприятия TOGAF.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

Theme of the master's thesis: «Cross-functional healthcare hub».The purpose of the research is developing of effective reference architectural models of a cross-functional healthcare hub (multi-industrial community) aimed at the development of research, educational and project activities in the medical industry.The study was carried out on the basis of the Scientific and Educational Medical Cluster “Translational Medicine”.The subject of the thesis are the methods and models for the formation of the architecture of the cross-functional healthcare hub.Research methods: comparative analysis, project management methods, collection, analysis and statement of requirements, enterprise architecture tools.The main results of the study:- literary review of the concepts "ecosystem", "innovation ecosystem" was carried out, the author's definition of the term "medical innovation hub" was given;- activities of innovation hubs in Russia and abroad were described;- models of business and IT architecture of the medical innovation hub were developed;- requirements for the digital platform of the hub are formulated;- roadmap for the creation of cross-functional medical hub on the cluster was developed.Scope of results is organization of the activities of medical innovation ecosystems in the digital economy.The scientific novelty of research are developed reference architectural models of a cross-functional healthcare hub using the TOGAF enterprise architecture standard.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
