Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Трансформация процессов работы с отклонениями по цепочке добавленной стоимости от поставок нефтяного сырья до реализации готовой продукции». Целью исследования явилось разработка и внедрение процессной модели работы с отклонениями от поставок нефтяного сырья до реализации готовой продукции.Исследование выполнялось на базе бизнес–процессов управления отклонениями по цепочке добавленной стоимости от поставок нефтяного сырья до реализации готовой продукции.Предмет исследования: цифровая трансформация бизнес–процессов нефтегазовой отрасли.Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, , моделирование бизнес–процессов, экспертное оценивание, сбор и обработка данных, инфографика. Основные результаты исследования: - разработана процессная модель управления отклонениями в операционной деятельности по цепочке добавленной стоимости от поставок нефтяного сырья до реализации готовой продукции- предложен перечень цифровых инструментов для трансформации бизнес–процессов управления отклонениями в и проведена оценка экономического эффекта от внедрения цифровых инструментов;Область применения результатов ВКР: применение результатов работы в деятельности компании–объекта и возможности масштабирования решения на предприятиях нефтегазовой отрасли.Научной новизной исследования является определение единых подходов при формировании процессной модели управления отклонениями в операционной деятельности по цепочке добавленной стоимости от поставок нефтяного сырья до реализации готовой продукции.Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.
The title of the master graduate qualification work:“Transformation of the processes of working with deviations along the value chain from the supply of crude oil to the sale of finished products”.The aim of the study is develop and implement a process model for dealing with deviations from the supply of crude oil to the sale of finished products.The study was carried out on the basis of business processes for managing deviations along the value chain from the supply of crude oil to the sale of finished products.Research subject: digital transformation of business processes in the oil and gas industry.Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, business process modeling, expert evaluation, data collection and processing, infographics.The main results of the study:– a process model for managing deviations in operational activities along the value chain from the supply of crude oil to the sale of finished products has been developed– a list of digital tools for the transformation of business processes for managing deviations in operational activities is proposed and an assessment of the economic effect of the introduction of digital tools is carried out;Application field: application of the results of the work in the activities of the object company and the possibility of scaling the solution at the enterprises of the oil and gas industry.The scientific novelty of the study is the definition of unified approaches in the formation of a process model for managing deviations in operational activities along the value chain from the supply of crude oil to the sale of finished products.Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
