Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена определению функций литературных аллюзий в романе Джона Фаулза «Коллекционер». Представлены основные подходы к определению понятий «интертекстуальность», «паратекстуальность», «аллюзия». Проанализированы основные классификации функций литературных аллюзий и на их основе составлена собственная классификация, в которую вошли наиболее релевантные для исследуемого романа функции. Далее представлен краткий обзор творчества Джона Фаулза в контексте постмодернизма, а также определено место романа «Коллекционер» в творчестве данного автора и краткий обзор сюжета романа. В практической части работы проанализированы основные функции литературных аллюзий в романе: оценочно-характеризующая функция, экспрессивная функция, предсказательная функция, символическая функция. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для определения функций использования литературных аллюзий в художественном и их роли в реализации авторского замысла.
This thesis examines the definition of the functions of literary allusions in John Fowles novel “The Collector”. The main approaches to the definition of the concepts of "intertextuality", "paratextuality", "allusion" are presented. The main classifications of the functions of literary allusions are analyzed and our own classification is compiled on their basis. It includes the most relevant functions for the novel under study. After that we give a brief overview of the work of John Fowles in the context of postmodernism, as well as the place of the novel "The Collector" in the work of this author. We also give a brief overview of the plot of the novel. In the practical part of the work, the main functions of literary allu-sions in the novel are analyzed: evaluative-characterizing function, expressive function, predictive function, symbolic function. The obtained data can be used to determine the functions of the use of literary allusions in a fictional text and their role in the implementation of the author’s idea.
