Цель работы – разработка проекта внедрения BIM-технологий в компанию ООО «СОЮЗ-ПРОЕКТ». Работа выполнена на материалах компании ООО «СОЮЗПРОЕКТ». Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования - контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий; специфические методы исследования - методы организационного проектирования и оценки инвестиционной привлекательности проектов. Результаты работы: - обоснована экономическая целесообразность и организационно-техническая возможность внедрения BIM-технологий в компанию; - разработан план по внедрению двух разных BIM-систем в компанию; - проведена оценка инвестиционной привлекательности предложенных проектов, а также изучены их технические преимущества. Область применения результатов ВКР – проектирование и строительство, повышение качества проектов и упрощение строительства и эксплуатации зданий и сооружений. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work development of a project for the implementation of BIM technologies in the company SOYUZPROEKT LLC. The work has been carried out on the materials of the company SOYUZ-PROEKT LLC. Research methods used: general scientific research methods — content and comparative analysis, analogy method; specific research methods — methods of organizational design and assessment of the investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - justified the economic feasibility and organizational and technical feasibility of introducing BIM technologies in the company; - the plan was developed for the implementation of two different BIM systems in the company; - an assessment of the investment attractiveness of the proposed projects was carried out, as well as their technical advantages were studied. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application – building design and construction, improving the quality of projects and simplifying the construction and operation of buildings and structures. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
