The subject of the graduate qualification work: "Parametrical model development of mechanical end valve electric drive". The given work is devoted to developing a parametric model of the end terminal electric drive with a rotation frequency from 1000 to 2000 r/s, taking into account technological and operational characteristics. The calculation was carried out by modeling by the finite element method in the program ANSYS. The research set the following goals: 1. Study of ANSYS Maxwell for electromagnetic modeling. 2. Study the books on the principles of operation of end valve actuators. 3. Development of strength parametric model of the rotor of the face valve electric drive for two versions of the rotor assembly VED: 1 - disk of the rotor assembly of aluminum alloy B-95, 2 - disk of the rotor assembly of titanium alloy VT6. 4. Development of the electromagnetic model of the mechanical end-actuator on the basic of the obtained optimum rotor models from the parametric strength calculations. 5. Conclusions about working capacity of the obtained 3D-models. The work was carried out on the basis of Centrotech-Engineering and SPbPU. Calculations were performed to show visually how the characteristics affect the durability and power of the electric drive. The peculiarities of modeling of end VEPs are two-phase design and comparison of the results of two different rotor designs. The developed parametric models based on a brushless DC motor can be used in the nuclear industry.
