The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Development of the technological process of jet electrolyte-plasma dimensional processing of turbine blades”. Objective: to evaluate the possibility of using the jet electrolyte-plasma method for surface treatment after milling operations of a steam turbine blade, without resorting to traditional methods of grinding and polishing. This work is devoted to the analysis of the possibility of dimensional and finishing treatment of steam turbine blades by the jet electrolyte-plasma method. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Development of the technological process of manufacturing a steam turbine blade; 2. Consideration of methods of finishing the blades; 3. Analysis of the volume flow of the electrolyte; 4. Investigation of the dependence of resistance on various parameters; 5. Modeling of electrical processes in COMSOL; 6. Calculation of a complete 4-factor experiment; 7. Analysis of surface morphology after SEPO; 8. Analysis of the possibility of processing the SEPO surface after sawing; 9. Processing of turbine blades made of 20X13 steel; 10. Surface analysis after SEPO by recumbent drop method; 11. Design of equipment for jet electrolytic plasma treatment. The project is devoted to the analysis and study of processes occurring during jet electrolyte-plasma treatment, as well as to the analysis of the possibility of using this method for processing steam turbine blades. In the process of work, processing 6 modes were selected, special current leads were developed, a number of studies were carried out, a route technological process was developed, a special installation was designed. The research was carried out on an experimental setup described in.
