Тема ВКР бакалавра: «Бенчмаркинг логистических процессов (на примере компании ООО «Липецкпиво»)». Цель работы – выявить главную проблему предприятия с помощью бенчмаркингого анализа и разработать мероприятия по устранению данной проблемы. Работа выполнена на материалах ООО «ЛИПЕЦКПИВО» Использованные методы: общенаучные методы исследования - контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, сбор и обработка данных, инфографика, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Результаты работы: - обоснована экономическая целесообразность внедрения услуг страхования продукции на предприятии ООО «ЛИПЕЦКПИВО»; - разработан организационный проект по внедрению услуг страхования товара; - проведена оценка экономической эффективности использования страхования груза. Область применения результатов ВКР – экономика, бенчмаркинг, сравнительный анализ, при решении задач организации безопасной перевозки продукции, экономического обоснования управленческих решений по внедрению страхования грузоперевозки. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The topic of the bachelors thesis: "Benchmarking of logistics processes (on the example of the company LLC "Lipetskpivo")." The purpose of the work is to identify the main problem of the enterprise using benchmarking analysis and develop measures to eliminate this problem. The work was carried out on the materials of LLC "Lipetskpivo" Methods used: general scientific research methods - content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, data collection and processing, infographics, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects. Results of the work: - the economic feasibility of the introduction of product insurance services at the enterprise LLC "Lipetskpivo" is justified; - an organizational project has been developed for the introduction of goods insurance services; - an assessment of the economic efficiency of the use of cargo insurance was carried out. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application: economics, benchmarking, comparative analysis, in solving the problems of organizing the safe transportation of products, economic justification of management decisions on the introduction of cargo insurance. Conclusions. The tasks of the graduate qualification work have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
