Цель работы - разработка эффективных мероприятий по совершенствованию стратегии развития логистики торговой сети Velvet season. Работа выполнена на базе торговой сети Velvet season. Использованные методы: логические способы обработки информации, аналитические методы научного наблюдения, сравнения, измерения, анализа и синтеза, контентный и сравнительный анализ. Основные результаты работы: - изучены теоретические аспекты формирования стратегии выхода предприятия на новые рынки; - изучены особенности логистики в торговой сети Velvet season и выявить проблемные моменты в ее работе; - проведен анализ существующие стратегии развития логистики и определить их преимущества и недостатки; - разработаны мероприятия по улучшению стратегии развития логистики торговой сети Velvet season на основе выявленных проблем и анализа существующих стратегий; - проведена оценка эффективность разработанных мероприятий и выявить их влияние на работу логистики торговой сети Velvet season. Область применения результатов ВКР - возможности реализации предложенных мероприятий по совершенствованию стратегии развития логистики. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop effective measures to improve the logistics development strategy for the Velvet season retail chain. The work has been carried out on the materials of the Velvet season trading network. Research methods used: logical methods of information processing, analytical methods of scientific observation, comparison, measurement, analysis and synthesis, content and comparative analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - studied the theoretical aspects of the formation of a strategy for entering new markets for an enterprise. - the peculiarities of logistics in the Velvet season trading network were studied and problematic points in its work were identified. - an analysis of the existing strategies for the development of logistics was carried out and their advantages and disadvantages were determined. - measures were developed to improve the logistics development strategy for the Velvet season retail chain based on the identified problems and analysis of existing strategies. - the effectiveness of the developed measures was assessed and their impact on the logistics of theVelvet season retail chain was identified. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - the possibility of implementing the proposed measures to improve the logistics development strategy. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
