Цель работы заключается в проведении анализа коммерческой деятельности АО «Тандер» и подготовке комплекса мероприятий, направленных на рост эффективности функционирования торгового предприятия. Были решены следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические аспекты управления коммерческой деятельности торгового предприятия; - провести анализ управления коммерческой деятельности торгового предприятия АО «Тандер» посредством конкурентного, маркетингового, ассортиментного, ресурсного анализов, также оценки основных экономических показателей исследуемой компании; - разработать мероприятия по повышению эффективности управления коммерческой деятельности АО «Тандер». Актуальность коммерческой деятельности состоит в том, что успешное ведение бизнеса и внедрение эффективной коммерческой деятельности внутри компании, выступает основным источником экономического роста и развития розничного торгового предприятия. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, использовалась единая межведомственная информационно-статистическая система, результаты расчетов обрабатывались с помощью программы Excel. Предложено внедрение RFID-технологии в торговые предприятия, позволяющие усовершенствовать процесс инвентаризации, сократить общие потери внутри предприятия, что положительно скажется на финансовой деятельности компании, также предложено введение по прибыльным товарным группам собственной торговой марки, что существенно снизит издержки обращения и увеличит чистую прибыль компании АО «Тандер».

The purpose of the work is to analyze the commercial activities of JSC "Tander" and prepare a set of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the trading enterprise. The following tasks were solved: - to study the theoretical aspects of the management of commercial activity of a trading enterprise; - to conduct an analysis of the management of the commercial activities of the trading enterprise of JSC "Tander" through competitive, marketing, assortment, resource analysis, as well as an assessment of the main economic indicators of the company under study; - develop measures to improve the efficiency of the management of commercial activities of JSC "Tander". The relevance of commercial activity lies in the fact that the successful conduct of business and the introduction of effective commercial activities within the company is the main source of economic growth and development of a retail trading enterprise. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources. When collecting the data necessary to perform the work, a unified interdepartmental information and statistical system was used, the calculation results were processed using Excel. It is proposed to introduce RFID technology into trading enterprises, allowing to improve the inventory process, reduce total losses within the enterprise, which will have a positive impact on the financial activities of the company, it is also proposed to introduce its own trademark for profitable commodity groups, which will significantly reduce circulation costs and increase the net profit of JSC "Tander".
