Актуальность выпускной квалификационной работы обусловлена тем, что, процессы перевода и восстановления занимают длительный промежуток времени за счет согласований внутри между структурными подразделениями университета, подготовкой документов, затрудненного общения со студентом, что влечет за собой лишние действия, не только со стороны студента, но и со стороны работников университета. В ходе работы были выполнены следующие задачи: 1. Выполнен анализ существующих бизнес-процессов и построение модели IDEF0 «As is»; 2. Выявлены проблемные зоны и оценены возможные изменения в существующей системе; 3. Выполнен анализ подходов к выстраиванию процессов взаимодействия между университетом и студентами; 4. Построена модель IDEF0 «To be» для более понятного взаимодействия сторон; 5. Разработана дорожная карта для перехода от модели «As is» к модели «To be»; 6. Представлено организационно-экономическое обоснование процесса перехода в соответствии с дорожной картой. Результатом работы является проект по совершенствованию процесса перевода и восстановления студентов, в котором учтены ключевые компоненты прямо влияющие на успех реализации проекта.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: the project of improving the processes of transfer and rehabilitation of students of the Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. The relevance of the final qualifying work is due to the fact that the processes of translation and restoration take a long period of time due to the coordination within between the structural units of the university, the preparation of documents, difficult communication with the student, which entails unnecessary actions, not only on the part of the student, but also university employees. In the course of the work, the following tasks were completed: 1. The analysis of existing business processes and the construction of the IDEF0 «As is» model is performed; 2. Identified problem areas and assessed possible changes in the existing system; 3. The analysis of approaches to building processes of interaction between the university and students is carried out; 4. The IDEF0 «To be» model is built for a more understandable interaction of the parties; 5. A roadmap has been developed for the transition from the «As is» model to the «To be» model; 6. The organizational and economic justification of the transition process in accordance with the roadmap is presented. The result of the work is a project to improve the process of transfer and rehabilitation of students, which takes into account the key components that directly affect the success of the project.
