Рассматриваются схемы генерального плана и принятых архитектурно-планировочных решений объекта; конструирование и расчет свайного фундамента, а именно описание конструкции, задание и расчет свайного поля в ПК “SCAD”, расчет фундаментной плиты, расчет минимальной прочности плиты; разработка технологии и организации строительства, а именно расчет потребности в строительных машинах и транспортных средствах, в строительных кадрах, во временных зданиях и сооружениях, обоснование принятой продолжительности строительства объекта; бюджет. Для реализации данного проекта было использовано следующее программное обеспечение: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SCAD.

The schemes of the master plan and the adopted architectural and planning decisions of the object are considered; the design and calculation of the pile foundation, namely, the description of the structure, the task and calculation of the pile field in the SCAD PC, the calculation of the foundation plate, the calculation of the minimum strength of the plate; the development of technology and organization of construction, namely, the calculation of the need for construction machines and vehicles, in construction personnel, in temporary buildings and structures, justification of the accepted duration of the construction of the object; budget. The following software was used to implement this project: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SCAD.
